Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales and support teams with technical queries.
Analyze customer issues and advise on correct replacement parts.
Prepare internal guides, compatibility notes, and training documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and yards for multiple communication.
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge of engines, transmissions, body parts, and vehicle systems.
Experience using online auto parts catalog systems
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
This position requires working in the US Shift.
