Craft structured lesson plans aligned with National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) and National Curriculum Framework (NCF) guidelines.
Integrate experiential, activity-based and competency-focused learning strategies into the curriculum.
Develop teaching materials, worksheets and evaluation tools for trainers/teachers.
Collaborate with the academic team to standardise and refine content across subjects and levels.
Stay updated with policies and frameworks of NCERT, CBSE, State Boards and other relevant educational authorities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed preferred).
In-depth knowledge of NEP 2020 and NCF principles.
Proven experience in curriculum design or academic content development.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with digital learning platforms and e-learning tools is a plus.
