About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Sub Editor

to join our editorial team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in journalism, excellent language skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and proofread articles, features, and other content for accuracy, grammar, and style. Ensure clarity, consistency, and factual correctness across all content. Coordinate with writers, reporters, and designers to produce high-quality content. Write engaging headlines, captions, and subheads. Maintain editorial standards and brand voice. Assist in planning and developing content for print and digital platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field. Previous experience in journalism or editorial roles (mandatory). Strong command of English and Malayalam (preferred). Excellent editing, writing, and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively.
