We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Migration Specialist to manage the end-to-end process of extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from our legacy systems to modern enterprise platforms. This critical role requires deep expertise in database management systems (DBMS), strong proficiency in SQL/ PL/SQL, and the ability to work collaboratively with functional teams to ensure a seamless and accurate data transition with minimal business disruption

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in data migration, data conversion, or SQL development roles, specifically involving legacy systems.

SQL Expertise:

Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions across different relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Database Knowledge:

Thorough understanding of database systems, data modeling (ER diagrams), indexing strategies, and performance tuning techniques. *

Tools:

Experience with ETL tools such as SQL Server Integration Services, Informatica, Talend, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
