Job Title: Teamcenter Technical PM Lead 8+ years of experience



Location: [Pune]

As the Teamcenter Technical PM, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, leadership, and guidance in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Teamcenter solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical implementation of Teamcenter solutions, including installation, configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.



Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and specifications.



Define and enforce best practices, standards, and methodologies for Teamcenter development and deployment.



Ensure that Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) are effectively organized, and all relevant team members participate.



Experience in managing Teamcenter Multisite upgrade projects



Develop project plans and manage day-to-day project execution



Work as technical Project Manager in scoping, planning, executing, and monitoring the project to keep projects on schedule, and on budget, following appropriate IT standards



Proactively identifies and resolves issues and risks



Provide weekly project progress report



Manage risks and issues, Stakeholder management



Co-develop and co-deliver project status reports and status meetings for the joint project teams



Manage Communication at the tactical level

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.



PMP, Agile, CSM certified
