Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules, including

Demand Management

,

Predictive Trade Planning

, and

Deductions & Settlement Management (DSM)

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Design and configure

Demantra workflows

, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications. Develop and execute

data extraction queries

, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity. Support integration with Oracle VCP (Value Chain Planning) and other ERP modules. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for business stakeholders.

Required Skills

8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra. Strong understanding of

forecasting algorithms

,

trade promotion planning

, and

demand analytics

. Proficiency in

SQL

,

PL/SQL

, and Demantra data model. Experience with

Oracle ASCP

,

EBS

, and

VCP

is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills & should be able to work with UK Client independently Must have strong PL/SQL, interface knowledge. Should be able to analyze the interface and technical issues. Should be able to debug issues and provide solutions for Demantra Should be able to design, develop and deliver the enhancements Should be able to coordinate with Oracle & Business for Oracle SR's Should be able to perform impact analysis Should be able to detail solution design Should be able to do Unit testing & Integration testing Should be able to support UAT Should be able to append documentation for requirement gatherings, use cases, Test scripts. * Should be able to hand over to production support
