Navision Functional Consultant (5-7 Years Experience)

Job Summary:



We are looking for a seasoned Navision Functional Consultant with 5 to 7 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing, and a proven track record of successful ERP implementations and support.



Key Responsibilities:


Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders. Analyze business processes and map them to NAV functionalities. Configure NAV modules to meet business requirements. Prepare functional specifications for customizations and integrations. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues. Collaborate with technical teams for development and deployment. Document business processes, configurations, and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (versions 2013, 2016, 2018 or Business Central). Strong functional knowledge in one or more areas: Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing. Experience in NAV configuration, workflows, and reporting. Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. NAV certification or Microsoft ERP certifications. Exposure to Power BI, Jet Reports, or other reporting tools. * Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
