Service now JD :



+ Service now expert (NOT USER) + Should be able to extract data from Service now using queries
+ Strong on writing queries and design on service now.
+ Expert in Service now as the tool
+ Good Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, Service Portal, and platform features.
+ strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Experience with ITIL or other industry frameworks
+ Good on ITGC and SOX processes related documentation
+ Understanding of SOX templates and preparation
+ Differentiate between different SOX processes ( like RU, SOD, CM1,,, CM3 etc) and prepare documents
+ Must be a self-starter and should be able drive with ownership
