Key Responsibilities:
Edit and refine content for website and magazine publications
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in content
Manage and coordinate with writers, designers, and other stakeholders
Conduct research and fact-checking as needed
Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Assist in developing content strategy and editorial calendar
Proofread and edit content for grammar, punctuation, and style
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in journalism, editing, or related field
Proven experience in editing website and magazine content
Excellent language and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in editing software (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Grammerly, Ginger, Google Docs)
Preferred Qualifications:
Post Graduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or related field
Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Drupal)
Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
