Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-networked professional who can source, develop, and manage a pool of reliable labour contractors, skilled workers, and subcontractors for our interior fit-out and joinery projects. The role is critical to ensure timely manpower availability across multiple sites, with the right skills and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Labour Contractor Sourcing & Development
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new labour contractors and trade subcontractors (civil, carpentry, MEP, finishing, etc.).
Maintain and grow a strong database of contractors and workers across regions.
Negotiate labour rates, terms, and agreements as per company standards.
Manpower Planning & Mobilisation
Coordinate with project teams to forecast manpower needs.
Ensure timely mobilisation of skilled/semi-skilled/unskilled workers to sites.
Arrange backup labour supply to avoid work delays.
Vendor & Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with reliable subcontractors.
Monitor subcontractor performance, quality of work, and compliance.
Resolve disputes/issues with contractors in a professional manner.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all subcontractors adhere to labour laws, safety, and company compliance standards.
Maintain contracts, ID proofs, PF/ESIC compliance records, and work order documentation.
Cost & Quality Control
Control manpower costs through effective sourcing and negotiation.
Ensure manpower supplied matches required skill level and productivity standards.

Strong network of labour contractors and worker suppliers in the construction/interior industry.
Negotiation & vendor management skills.
Knowledge of labour law compliance and subcontracting practices.
Ability to mobilise large teams quickly under deadlines.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Construction/Management background).
5-10 years' experience in manpower sourcing / subcontractor management in construction, interiors, or infrastructure industry.
Proven track record of building and maintaining subcontractor/vendor networks.
