With a focus on cutting-edge fashion, we aim to empower individuals to express their unique identity through our trendy and high-quality clothing. : As a Stylist at Flying Machine, you will play a pivotal role in curating and presenting our latest collections in a visually appealing and trendsetting manner. You will collaborate with the design team, visual merchandising team, and retail operations team to create compelling fashion stories that resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities: Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends, both globally and locally. Translate trends into actionable insights for the design and marketing teams. Collection Curation: Collaborate with the design team to curate cohesive and on-brand clothing collections. Set styling and aesthetics standards for the brand. Brand Representation: Set brand-wise styling benchmarks to ensure the brand\'s language and tone are maintained. Provide directions and guidance to the front end team/ store team Manage and monitor the quality of styling across the stores. Quality Assurance: Upgrade and elevate the styling benchmark and quality on a time-to-time basis. Retail Focus: Drive Like-For-Like (LFL) growth through effective styling strategies. Increase Sell Through by implementing impactful visual merchandising techniques. Ensure the timely release of Planograms in store elevations and adhere to Display Standards. Regularly check and maintain Display Standards on the floor, especially for key categories. Wardrobe Management: Keep wardrobe coordinates up-to-date as per the latest season and trends. Team Development: Train and mentor new stylists in the stores. Collaboration: Coordinate with all stakeholders internal & external to ascertain their requirements. Requirements: Proven experience as a stylist in the fashion industry. In-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Creative flair and the ability to think outside the box. Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in fashion marketing.
