Job Title: Style Master Coordinator

Department: Merchandising / Product Development

Location: Surat

Reporting To: Product Manager / Merchandising Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a

Style Master Coordinator for the GATI software. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for creating and managing style masters in the software system and

ensuring that all required product data is accurately collected and sent to the relevant

departments in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

~ Create and update Style Master entries in the GATI software with accurate

product details such as style number, category, size, color, pricing, etc.

~ Collect and verify required data (e.g., from design, production,Rendering image

ets).

~Ensure proper documentation of all style-related information.

~Coordinate with related departments (e.g.,Inventory, Purchase, Marketing ets) to

share updated style data.

~Maintain records of changes or updates in the Style Master.

~Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness in all entries.

~Generate and share reports as required by management.

~Troubleshoot errors related to style data or GATI entries.

~Assist in improving the workflow for style creation and data communication.

Requirements:

~Experience with ERP or PLM systems (GATI or similar) preferred.

~Good communication and coordination skills.

~Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

~Basic knowledge of Jewellery industry is a plus.

~Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry tasks.

~Good problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
