About the Role

We are looking for a passionate

Jewellery Style Consultant

to represent our brand and create unforgettable luxury experiences for our clients. In this role, you will go beyond transactional selling--you will guide customers in selecting jewellery pieces that reflect their personal style, celebrate special occasions, and enhance their confidence. Your expertise, warmth, and attention to detail will be key in building meaningful relationships and curating exceptional client journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Client Styling & Experience

Offer personalized styling advice based on each customer's preferences, lifestyle, and occasion. Curate jewellery selections that highlight individual personality while reflecting the brand's sophistication. Share knowledge on gemstones, craftsmanship, and current trends in luxury jewellery. Build lasting relationships by providing attentive, empathetic service and proactive follow-ups.

Sales & Product Knowledge

Drive sales by understanding client needs, recommending appropriate products, and upselling with finesse. Stay updated on all jewellery collections, precious stones, designs, and customization options. Confidently communicate product features, value, and exclusivity to customers.

Visual Merchandising & Presentation

Ensure that product displays are elegant, well-arranged, and aligned with brand standards. Maintain jewellery presentation, cleanliness, and luxury appeal at all times.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Use CRM tools to track client preferences, interactions, and purchase history. Follow up regularly to nurture customer relationships and encourage repeat engagement.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for luxury fashion and jewellery. Ability to create tailored styling experiences and build trust with clients. In-depth knowledge of jewellery materials, gemstones, and market trends. A proactive, service-oriented approach and a flair for upselling. Experience in luxury retail or jewellery advisory roles is preferred.
