About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented

Style Advisor

with prior experience in the

bath fittings / sanitaryware / tiles & interiors industry

. The candidate should have a flair for design, strong communication skills, and a sales-driven mindset to guide customers in selecting the right products and styles for their spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage customers, understanding their requirements and design preferences. Provide

styling, design, and product recommendations

tailored to customer needs. Leverage knowledge of bath fittings, sanitaryware, and interiors to provide expert guidance. Build long-term customer relationships and drive sales conversions. Collaborate with the store team to maintain appealing product displays and customer experience. Stay updated with

industry trends, new launches, and style inspirations.

Requirements:

Graduate in

Interior Design/Fashion Design

or relevant

designing experience.

Prior experience in the

bath industry

preferred (brands like

Aquant, Cera, Kohler, Jaquar, Johnson Bathrooms, Kajaria, etc.

). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales orientation and customer-first approach. Creative mindset with an eye for styling and aesthetics.

Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
