We are looking for a

TeleCaller

to join our immigration office in Jalandhar. The candidate will be responsible for managing client calls, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day office operations related to immigration services.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients and prospects. Explain immigration services, processes, and requirements to clients. Maintain and update records in Tally/office systems. Schedule appointments and follow-ups with clients. Provide administrative support to the immigration team. Ensure professional communication and customer service at all times.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass (with good communication skills). Knowledge of

Tally

and basic computer operations (MS Office, email). Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Prior experience in customer service/telecalling/immigration sector will be preferred. Ability to work independently and handle client queries politely.
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
