We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic

Study Visa Counselor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through every step of the international education and visa application process -- from choosing the right study destination to preparing and submitting student visa applications.

You will play a key role in helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad by providing accurate advice, personalized counseling, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling:

Meet with students and parents to understand their academic goals, financial background, and study abroad preferences.

Program Guidance:

Advise students on course selection, universities, and countries (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, USA, etc.) based on eligibility and interests.

Visa Application Assistance:

Assist students in completing and submitting study visa applications accurately and on time.

Documentation Review:

Verify and organize documents such as academic records, financial proofs, and identity papers as per visa requirements.

Application Tracking:

Monitor the progress of applications, maintain regular communication with students, and follow up with visa authorities as needed.

Stay Updated:

Keep up to date with changing international education policies, embassy guidelines, and visa regulations.

Customer Service:

Provide professional support and guidance throughout the student journey -- from admission to visa approval.

Record Maintenance:

Maintain detailed and organized records of each student's application and progress.

Events & Outreach:

Participate in or organize seminars, workshops, and study abroad events to guide prospective students.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in education, business, or a related field). Prior experience in

study visa counseling, overseas education consulting, or immigration services

preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple student cases efficiently. Good knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
