We are looking for a dedicated and professional Study Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through the admission and visa application process for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding study opportunities abroad, including course and university selection.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on admission requirements, visa processes, and documentation.

Handle student queries through phone calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.

Assist students in preparing and reviewing their visa applications.

Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the process.

Achieve monthly targets for student conversions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree).

Prior experience as a Visa Counsellor / Study Abroad Counsellor preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.

Good knowledge of visa filing procedures and immigration guidelines.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
