Key Responsibilities:
Guide students and parents on study options, admissions, and visa procedures
Help students select suitable courses and countries
Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and follow-ups
Stay updated with visa rules and regulations
Maintain student records and application follow-ups
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year experience
in study visa/overseas education counselling
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of study visa processes
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM)
