Job Overview:

As a Study Overseas Student Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to assist students in exploring and applying for higher education opportunities abroad. You will provide expert guidance on course selection, university admissions, visa applications, and other essential processes. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, including universities, courses, eligibility, and admission requirements. Assist students in selecting suitable programs based on their academic background, career aspirations, and financial considerations. Guide students through the application process, ensuring timely submission of documents and adherence to university guidelines. Provide comprehensive support for visa applications, including document verification, interview preparation, and compliance with immigration regulations. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and admission statuses. Collaborate with universities, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to stay updated on admission policies and scholarship opportunities. Handle inquiries, follow up with prospective students, and maintain positive relationships to enhance client satisfaction. Organize and participate in educational fairs, webinars, and events to promote study abroad opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field. Fresher or at least 1 year of experience in student counseling, sales & marketing, customer service, or related fields. Strong knowledge of international education systems, visa procedures, and admission processes. Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
