Study Incharge

to oversee academic operations, monitor student performance, and coordinate with teachers to ensure effective study at school. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily academic schedule of the school Monitor the implementation of lesson plans and syllabus coverage Maintain academic discipline and ensure smooth conduct of classes Coordinate with teachers to address student learning gaps Generate academic reports and provide regular performance reviews Facilitate communication between school leadership, staff, and parents Plan remedial classes, study hours, and academic support sessions

Requirements:

Strong leadership and administrative skills Ability to manage teams and multitask efficiently Good communication and interpersonal skills
