Offer guidance on securing accommodation and making travel arrangements.
Organize pre-departure sessions to prepare students for cultural differences and life abroad.
Maintain relationships with educational institutions and universities abroad to stay updated on offerings.
Organize seminars, webinars, and marketing activities to inform potential students about study abroad options.
Represent universities by coordinating with them to facilitate student admissions.
Serve as a mentor, providing ongoing support to students throughout their study abroad experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise for students.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Empathy and patience to handle the concerns of students and their families.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
