will be responsible for managing the complete student admission and visa application process for Australia. This includes counselling students, preparing documentation, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and coordinating with universities, clients, and internal teams. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Student Admission & Counselling
Guide students through course selection, institution shortlisting, and admission requirements for Australian universities and colleges.
Provide personalized counselling based on academic background, career goals, and financial capacity.
Assist students in preparing and submitting admission applications, including SOPs and supporting documents.
Follow up with universities for offer letters, COE (Confirmation of Enrolment), and application updates.
Stay updated on university policies, program availability, and scholarship opportunities.
Visa Processing & Documentation
Support clients in preparing visa documents, including financials, SOPs, and supporting evidence.
Issue customized document checklists and explain visa requirements and procedures clearly.
Verify the accuracy of all submitted documents to ensure compliance with Australian Department of Home Affairs (DHA) guidelines.
Guide clients in completing essential forms such as Contract, CIQ, and Health & Character declarations.
Assist clients in arranging medicals -- generate HAP IDs, share clinic details, and follow up on reports.
Review health and character documentation and escalate concerns to the Registered Migration Agent for review.
Prepare and organize visa applications for final submission and approval.
Coordinate with the Migration Agent for visa lodgement and handle post-submission follow-ups.
Track application progress and maintain accurate client records using CRM systems.
Client Engagement & Communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
Handle queries related to admission, visa processing, and study abroad guidance.
Provide professional and prompt responses to client inquiries.
Represent the organization in student events, webinars, and education fairs.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all applications adhere to Australian education and immigration laws.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DHA visa updates, institutional policies, and global education trends.
Coordinate with the Visa Team Lead and Accountant for smooth operations and accurate reporting.
Submit daily or weekly progress reports and update management on case statuses.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in student admission or visa processing, preferably for Australia.
Strong understanding of Australian student visa (Subclass 500) procedures and university admission systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
