Position Overview

We are looking for a

Study Abroad Counselor (Female)

at our

Mota Varachha, Surat

office who is equal parts

advisor and achiever

-- someone who can guide students on their study abroad journey with genuine care, while also being target-driven and focused on lead conversion. This is a role that blends the empathy of a counselor with the sharpness of a sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel and convert

: Guide prospective students for higher education opportunities in countries like the

USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Dubai, Ireland

, etc., while converting inquiries into confirmed applications.

Lead management

: Handle walk-ins, telephonic/WhatsApp/email inquiries, and follow-ups with a strong sales mindset.

Target-driven performance

: Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs related to leads, applications, and admissions. Conduct needs-based counseling to help students choose the right course and university, while tactfully steering the conversation towards enrollment.

Build trust and rapport

in

Gujarati

with students and parents for strong regional engagement. Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth application and visa processing. Maintain lead records in CRM and report regularly to management. Represent D Vivid at education fairs, seminars, and institutional tie-up events.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong communication in

English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Confident, persuasive, and empathetic personality Good listener with a consultative approach Basic understanding of study abroad procedures (training provided) Ability to thrive under performance-based targets Comfort with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and basic computer operations

Educational Qualification

Graduation in any discipline (Preferred: Business, Communication, Education) Minimum 1 year of experience in

sales, counseling, or education industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
