Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in studio operations, live streaming, or content production.
Strong technical proficiency in handling audio, video, and lighting equipment.
Expertise in various streaming software such as OBS Studio, vMix, StreamYard, YouTube Live, etc.
Keen observational skills to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teachers and teams.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide immediate solutions.
Familiarity with studio/classroom management devices like Amplifier, Mixer etc. is a plus.
Flexibility to work in dynamic schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
