We are seeking a dynamic and creative Studio Marketing Manager to oversee studio operations, drive exceptional visual merchandising, and deliver a premium customer experience. This role requires a strong aesthetic sense, excellent customer engagement abilities, and the capability to collaborate with design partners and internal teams to enhance brand visibility and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Studio Aesthetics & Visual Merchandising
Maintain consistent brand presentation and visual appeal within the studio, ensuring impactful visual merchandising, thoughtful layout, decor enhancements, and an elevated ambience.
Studio Operations Management
Manage day-to-day studio operations including housekeeping, maintenance, inventory checks, and visual merchandising updates to support a seamless and premium studio environment.
Enquiry Management & Follow-ups
Handle customer enquiries from digital channels such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and email. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain an organized communication process to convert enquiries into visits and sales.
Customer Experience
Welcome and support walk-in customers, understand their project needs, provide personalized product recommendations, and confidently communicate product features with strong design understanding.
Architect & Interior Designer Collaboration
Develop and nurture relationships with architects and design professionals, schedule meetings, coordinate discussions, and support studio-led collaboration initiatives.
Performance Insights & Reporting
Compile and share performance metrics, customer insights, and engagement updates with the marketing team to improve campaign results and enhance studio-driven outcomes.
