Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth workflow, manage scheduling, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and maintain a productive, creative environment for all studio projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring all activities run efficiently. Schedule and coordinate photo/video shoots, meetings, and other production-related tasks. Supervise studio staff including photographers, editors, stylists, and assistants. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and studio spaces are clean and ready for use. Maintain inventory of studio supplies and manage procurement when needed. Monitor timelines, and resource allocation for ongoing classes. Enforce safety protocols and studio guidelines. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during shoots or productions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a creative or production environment. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with studio equipment. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative processes.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
