- Studio Manager

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Company: Markwiz Marketing Consultancy We are seeking a Studio Manager to lead our creative and production teams, streamline workflows, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the creative studio, ensuring smooth coordination between design, digital marketing, and production teams.

Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Act as the central point of communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.

Maintain quality control on all deliverables, ensuring brand guidelines and client expectations are met.

Manage vendor relationships for printing, video production, photography, and other outsourced services.

Optimize studio processes and implement SOPs to increase efficiency and scalability.

Conduct regular status meetings, performance reviews, and team feedback sessions.

Create and maintain documentation for studio operations, workflows, and reports for management review.

Requirements

Experience: 3-6 years in studio management, project coordination, or operations management within a digital marketing or creative agency.

Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, including design, social media, paid ads, and content creation.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Hands-on knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage production budgets.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality output.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus.

Knowledge of creative production tools and digital marketing platforms will be an added advantage.
