Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
Explain course details, training modules, career outcomes, and placement opportunities.
Maintain follow-up with leads to ensure maximum admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and placement team for smooth onboarding and student support.
Handle admission formalities, documentation, and fee processing.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate records in CRM or database.
Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities organized by the institute.
Provide ongoing guidance and support to students throughout their training journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
Good command of English and Malayalam.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Prior experience in counseling, tele-calling, or academic advising will be an added advantage.
