We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable

Student Visa Counsellor

with 1-5 years of experience in education consultancy, immigration services, or student advisory roles. The counsellor will guide students through the process of selecting study destinations, preparing applications, and securing visas, while ensuring a professional and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling: Provide one-on-one counselling to students regarding study abroad options, courses, universities, and visa requirements. Application Guidance: Assist students in preparing and submitting applications to universities and colleges abroad. Visa Process Support: Guide students through visa documentation, interview preparation, and compliance with immigration rules. Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with students and parents, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Market Awareness: Stay updated on international education trends, visa policies, and admission requirements. Lead Conversion: Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into successful enrolments. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in marketing, operations, and admissions to ensure smooth student journeys.
Requirements

Experience: 1-5 years in student counselling, visa consultancy, or education advisory. Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education, Management, or related fields). Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge: Familiarity with visa processes for major destinations (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, etc.). Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
