Job Duties: To call on leads received from various sources and conversion. To provide quality counseling for visa & immigration to prospective candidates and help them to choose the right career and course Advise the candidates on various courses, colleges and universities offering in Canada, Australia, USA, NZ, Singapore etc. Do applications to universities and follow ups to get offer letter. Do Visa application and Processing. Help the senior counsellors with applications and visa processing (For Junior/ Buddy counselors Freshers) Handling the Phone calls, answering queries of all the students, updating the database of the contact details, performing in terms of follow-up actions for the phone enquiries etc. to ensure conversions. Advise and guide the students on enrolment process and on different stages Give clear and accurate information based on the country's immigration policies and visa laws Proactively respond to client queries and adhering to the company's policy. Handle client queries via emails, telephone and 1-on-1 meetings, and communicating with clients regarding required documentation Assist in any other relevant duties as assigned by the Senior Management Team.
Female Candidates Preferred. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
