Advise students on study abroad programs and help them select appropriate courses and institutions (USA, UK, Australia, Canada, NZ, Singapore, Europe etc).
Assist with the application process, including reviewing documents, providing feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met
Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations, universities, and other stakeholders
Identifying prospective students by calling and through reference follow-ups. Do follow ups on regular basis and try to get them on board.
Making outbound calls to either warm or hot leads provided, to assist them by answering questions in regards to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up
Attend telephonic queries and convert telephonic queries in walk-ins.
Guiding students in their career choices and the benefits of the courses, guide them about documents needed for admission and visa.
Give course options to client and also guide them about documents needed for admission and visa. Shortlist course as per client's requirement and their background.
Maintain all the records in CRM; excel sheet or other documents as briefed. Enter all the details of inquiries in inquiry form and CRM.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the overseas education department, including: Maintaining a database of universities and courses
Tracking student progress and providing updates to families
Provide ongoing support and counseling to students throughout their study abroad experience
Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our services and programs
Maintain weekly/monthly reports and process-related matrices showing progress on student conversion/target achievement.
Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status etc.
Meeting the sales targets allocated for the respective countries.
Should have Handled Countries-
UK/Canada or USA/Australia

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the same industry
Knowledge of study abroad programs, including academic requirements, application procedures, and student support services
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; additional language skills are a plus
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
