Key Responsibilities
Respond to student queries related to online classes, technical issues, and platform usage through calls, emails, and chat support
Work in
rotational shifts
to ensure 11AM to 11PM (IST) student assistance coverage
Coordinate with internal teams (Academic, Tech, Operations) for timely resolution of issues
Monitor and track student concerns, providing feedback for process improvements
Contribute to enhancing the overall student experience by being proactive, patient, and solution-oriented
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduation from a recognized university
Strong command of
English communication
(both spoken and written)
0-1 years of prior experience in
customer support, edtech, or student services
preferred
Basic technical know-how related to online platforms and troubleshooting
Ability to handle pressure situations and multitask effectively
Willingness to work in
rotational and weekend shifts
