Advising students on course selection, major choice, and graduation requirements Academic counsellors help students with academic and career decisions, and their responsibilities include Advising students on course selection, major choice, and graduation requirements Providing academic support services like tutoring, group meetings, and one-on-one meetings Creating personalized learning plans for students Monitoring student progress through grade reports and transcripts Mentoring students on how to enter the workforce, apply to postsecondary programs, and network with alumni Maintaining information on the advising website, including brochures, web material, and online forms Organizing information sessions and overseeing the selection process for student advisors Staying up to date on educational trends, industry developments, and admission requirements Providing feedback to staff and parents on teaching practices, lesson plans, and instructional approach Keeping classified information to yourself to earn the trust of students and their families
Handling Telephonic Enquiry

Counselling Walk-In Enquiry &Converting into Admissions

Required Skills :

1 - 6 Years Experience in counselling students

Good communication and presentation skills

Graduate in any stream

Good Negotiating skill
