As an SSO, you are expected to: \xe2\xa6\x81 Ensure a delightful customer service experience by developing a strong rapport with the Student & Parents. \xe2\xa6\x81 Addressing the concerns of Students & Parents by offering a quick resolution. \xe2\xa6\x81 Collaborate and consult with parents, teachers, branch head and any other stakeholders to ensure a favourable learning environment for the student. \xe2\xa6\x81 Ensure collection of outstanding fee from parents within the specified time. \xe2\xa6\x81 Ensure retention of Students and controlling Left-outs. \xe2\xa6\x81 Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances. To be successful in the SSO role you are required to have: \xe2\xa6\x81 Ability to handle students and parents in an empathic & patient manner. \xe2\xa6\x81 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails, & comfortable while working on software related to services. \xe2\xa6\x81 Fluency in English and Regional Language communication.
