The Student Support Officer will be responsible for handling student walk-ins and inquiries, understanding their learning requirements, recommending the right courses, and ensuring smooth conversion from enquiry to enrollment. The role also includes post-enrollment assistance and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Attend & manage walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries related to admissions.
Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, batches, and schedules.
Guide students to identify their academic requirements and recommend the most suitable program.
Convert prospective leads into admissions through effective counseling.
Ensure proper documentation and database entry for all enrollments.
Coordinate with academic, admin, and operations teams during onboarding.
Provide post-admission support to students for a smooth learning journey.
Participate in events, seminars, orientation sessions, and student support initiatives when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in counseling, tele-counseling, sales, or education sector preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Strong spoken and written communication (English / Hindi).
Comfortable working in a target-oriented and student-centric environment.
