Position Overview

:The Student Support Executive will be responsible for delivering end-to-end post-admission support to enrolled students, ensuring a seamless onboarding and academic experience. This role focuses on resolving student queries, providing timely guidance throughout the learning journey, maintaining accurate records, and enhancing overall student satisfaction. The position also includes generating referrals from existing students to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities



- Provide comprehensive post-admission support to students to ensure smooth onboarding and continuity in their academic journey.

- Handle and resolve student queries and concerns through calls, messages, and emails in a timely and professional manner.

- Guide students regarding class schedules, learning platforms, assessments, examinations, and academic processes.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and ensure regular follow-ups as required.

- Proactively engage with students to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention through personalized support.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and periodic reports on student interactions, concerns, and resolutions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.

- Generate student referrals from existing enrolled students to support admissions and business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills



- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred: Education, Management, HR, or related fields).

-minimum 6 months Prior experience in student support, academic counselling, customer support, or related roles is mandatory.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to multitask and manage student concerns efficiently.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a student-centric approach.

- Basic proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and communication tools is preferred
