Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

EduJam LLP is looking for a proactive and student-focused Student Support Executive to assist learners throughout their academic journey. If you enjoy helping others, solving queries, and ensuring smooth academic operations, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:



Verify and maintain student documents during admissions and academic cycle Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins Manage fee collection and update student payment records Communicate essential academic and exam-related updates from the university Maintain accurate student data and ensure timely follow-ups
