Key Responsibilities:
Verify and maintain student documents during admissions and academic cycle
Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins
Manage fee collection and update student payment records
Communicate essential academic and exam-related updates from the university
Maintain accurate student data and ensure timely follow-ups
