Role Overview
We're looking for a
Student Support Executive
who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping students succeed. You will be the go-to person for student queries, document handling, fee tracking, and coordination with universities.
Key Responsibilities
Student Onboarding & Document Handling
Verify academic and ID documents during admissions and throughout the course
Ensure document accuracy and maintain digital/physical files
Student Query Management
Respond to student queries via call, email, and in-person
Provide timely and effective solutions
Fee Collection & Record-Keeping
Assist in collecting fees and issuing receipts
Maintain accurate financial records for each student
Academic Communication
Share updates, circulars, exam info, and results from partner universities
Follow-Ups & Coordination
Follow up with students for pending documents, fees, etc.
Coordinate with internal departments and university contacts
Operational Support
Support activities like exam registration, result declaration, academic events, etc.
Who Can Apply?
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in any stream (Mandatory)
Languages:
Proficiency in
Hindi and English
(spoken & written)
Experience:
0-2 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
