Edujam LLP is looking for a proactive and student-centric
Student Support Executive
to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to students throughout their academic lifecycle. You will serve as a key liaison between students, internal departments, and partner universities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Student Onboarding & Document Handling:
Verify and manage academic and identification documents submitted by students at admission and throughout their course.
Student Assistance & Query Management:
Respond to student queries via call, email, or in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and helpful solutions.
Fee Collection & Financial Tracking:
Assist with fee collection, generate receipts, and maintain updated financial records for each student.
Academic Communication:
Share important academic updates, circulars, and announcements related to examinations, assignments, and results as issued by affiliated universities.
Data & Record Maintenance:
Organize and maintain accurate student records in both digital and physical formats.
Follow-Up Activities:
Monitor and follow up with students for pending documents, fees, or other required submissions.
Internal Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams and university contacts to ensure a seamless academic experience for students.
Operational Support:
Provide assistance during exam registrations, result declarations, academic events, and other student-related activities.
Who Can Apply:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in any stream is mandatory.
Languages:
Must be fluent in
Hindi and English
, both spoken and written.
Experience:
0-2 years. Fresh graduates with a passion for student interaction are welcome.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Empathetic, patient, and responsible in handling student concerns
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Monday to Saturday
Timing:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
