Key Responsibilities:
Document Verification: Review and validate academic and identity documents submitted by students at the time of admission and as needed during their course.
Query Resolution: Actively respond to student concerns or questions via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Fee Management: Assist in collecting academic fees, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Information Dissemination: Convey important information and circulars issued by the university regarding exams, schedules, assignments, and other academic requirements.
Record Keeping: Maintain student records in a systematic manner, both digitally and physically.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with students regarding pending documentation, payments, or other required actions.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and university representatives for smooth communication and operational flow.
Support Events/Exams: Provide logistical support during academic events, examination registrations, and results declaration.

Job Specification:
Education: Graduate in any stream (Bachelor's Degree required).
Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a student-first approach.
Organized & Responsible: Strong time management, record-keeping, and follow-up capabilities.
