About the Role:
We are looking for a
Student Support Executive
who is passionate about education and student success. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for students--supporting them through onboarding, academic coordination, and query resolution. If you enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a student-centric environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Onboarding & Documentation
: Verify academic and ID documents during admissions and course progression. Handle interactions via phone, email, and in person
Student Query Resolution (Calls Mandatory)
: Address student queries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
Fee Collection & Records Management
: Assist with fee collection, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records
Academic Communication
: Share updates related to assignments, exams, results, and university circulars
Data Management
: Maintain well-organized student records (digital and physical)
Follow-Ups
: Regularly follow up on pending fees, missing documents, and student requirements
Internal & University Coordination
: Coordinate with internal teams and partner universities to resolve academic or administrative issues
Operational Support
: Support exam registrations, academic events, and other student-facing processes
Who Can Apply?
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (mandatory)
Languages:
Fluency in
Hindi and English
(spoken and written)
Experience:
0-2 years
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a student-first attitude are encouraged to apply
