About the Role - Student Support Executive
We are looking for a female Student Support Executive who enjoys helping students, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth academic experience. You will be the primary point of contact for students, handling onboarding, coordination, documentation, and day-to-day support.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want a stable, meaningful career in education and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student onboarding and documentation verification (academic & ID documents)
Manage student interactions via calls (mandatory), emails, and in-person meetings
Resolve student queries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Assist with fee collection, receipts, and accurate record maintenance
Communicate academic updates related to assignments, exams, results, and university circular
Maintain organized digital student records
Follow up on pending fees, documents, and student requests
Coordinate with internal teams and partner universities for issue resolution
Support exam registrations, academic events, and operational activities
Who Can Apply:
Female candidates preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream (mandatory)
Experience: 0-2 years
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Languages: Fluency in Hindi & English (spoken and written)

Strong verbal & written communication
Call handling & query resolution
Documentation & data management
CRM / record maintenance
Empathetic, polite, and student-friendly approach
Work Schedule:
Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
