About the Role
Are you passionate about education and student success? Edujam LLP is looking for a
Student Support Executive
to be the bridge between students, internal teams, and our partner universities. You'll play a key role in ensuring students receive timely, empathetic, and efficient academic support throughout their learning journey.
Verify academic and ID documents submitted during admission and course progression.
Student Query Resolution ( Calls are mandatory)
Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, or in person with clarity and care.
Fee Collection & Record Keeping
Assist with fee collection, issue receipts, and maintain up-to-date financial records.
Academic Updates
Communicate key updates related to assignments, exams, results, and circulars promptly.
Data Management
Maintain organized student records--both digital and physical.
Follow-Ups
Regularly follow up on pending fees, missing documents, or other student requirements.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and university partners to resolve academic and admin matters.
Operational Support
Help manage academic events, exam registrations, and student-facing processes.
Who Can Apply?
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in any stream (required)
Languages:
Proficiency in
Hindi and English
(spoken and written) is essential
Experience:
0-2 years of experience (Fresh graduates with strong communication and a student-first mindset are highly encouraged to apply)
