direct walk-in candidates

for the position of

Student Support Associate

. This is a

full-time, on-campus role

that involves daily interaction with students, faculty, and visitors to ensure a smooth academic and administrative experience.

Job Type:

Full-Time

(On-site)

Work Days:

Monday to Saturday

Timings:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off:

Sunday (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist students with academic and administrative support requirements. Coordinate with departments for student-related processes and documentation. Maintain student records and manage communication efficiently. Provide front-office support and respond to inquiries politely and professionally. Ensure a welcoming environment for students and visitors. Assisting marketing department for student enrollment follow ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum: Completion of B

asic/elementary education(12th Pass)

. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in MS Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) mandatory .

Basic understanding of English

(reading and writing).

Fluent in Malayalam

(speaking, reading, and writing).

Pleasing personality

, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

During probation:

?10,000 per month.

Post-probation:

Salary will be revised based on performance and successful fulfillment of KPIs.
