We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Student Success Specialist to serve as a key link between students and faculty. This role ensures that students receive continuous support after admission, participate effectively in upskilling programs, and have a positive academic experience. The ideal candidate will be student-focused, highly organized, and capable of coordinating academic and support services to drive student success.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for students post-admission, ensuring smooth transition and engagement.
Coordinate with faculty to organize and monitor student participation in upskill programs.
Collect and analyse class and program feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Provide guidance, support, and resources to students to enhance academic performance and overall well-being.
Track student progress and intervene proactively to address challenges or concerns.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to implement student success initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of student feedback, performance, and support activities.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-centered approach.
Ability to build rapport with students, faculty, and staff.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle student concerns effectively.
Prior experience in academic coordination, student services, or counselling is an advantage.
