The Student Success Specialist will act as the bridge between students and faculty, ensuring a seamless post-admission experience. This role focuses on coordinating upskilling programs, collecting feedback, and providing continuous academic and personal support to help students achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for students after admission.
Coordinate with faculty to plan and execute upskilling and enrichment programs.
Gather and analyse class feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Monitor student progress and provide necessary support or intervention.
Assist students with academic and personal concerns, ensuring a positive learning experience.
Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to implement student support initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of student engagement and feedback.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree is Mandatory
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with students, faculty, and administrative staff.
Organized, empathetic, and student-focused approach.
Previous experience in student services, counselling, or academic coordination is desirable.
