Xylem Learning is looking for a Student Success Officer to support students and parents by providing academic guidance, program information, and continuous engagement. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth student experience and high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents
Guide students in choosing suitable academic programs
Provide clear information about courses, policies, and support services
Ensure timely follow-ups and query resolution
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for student support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-2 years of experience in student support, counselling, or customer service
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Student-focused and empathetic approach
Malayalam proficiency preferred; English is a plus
