Role Overview



We are looking for a proactive and student-focused

Student Success Officer

to enhance the overall learning experience and ensure high levels of satisfaction among students and parents. Acting as a bridge between learners, parents, and the academic team, this role is responsible for continuous communication, feedback management, activity coordination, and student engagement. The position also contributes to student progression and enrollment conversions by fostering trust, motivation, and academic support.

Key Responsibilities



1. Student & Parent Interaction



Conduct regular follow-ups with students to monitor learning experience, course satisfaction, and academic progress. Collect structured feedback from parents on classes, services, and student performance. Address concerns promptly and escalate issues to academic or support teams as required.

2. Coordination & Activity Planning



Collaborate with course coordinators and faculty to plan and implement academic, co-curricular, and engagement activities. Participate in weekly review meetings with in-charge teachers and the Category Manager. Support seamless execution of centre-based and online academic initiatives.

3. NEST Exam Promotion



Build awareness about the NEST Exam, its importance, and benefits. Drive active student participation and ensure registrations meet assigned targets.

4. Student Categorization & Data Management



Identify and classify students eligible for the ISP Programme. Maintain accurate student records, enrolment details, and participation data. Track student performance, engagement, and progress across academic streams.

5. Student Conversion & Retention



Engage students and parents to encourage progression into advanced programmes, including ISP. Communicate programme value and benefits effectively to achieve enrolment conversions. Meet assigned student conversion and retention targets.

Qualifications & Skills



Graduate in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred). 1-3 years of experience in student support, counselling, or academic coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English and Malayalam preferred). Strong data handling, multitasking, and relationship management abilities. Target-driven mindset with problem-solving and initiative-taking skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
