The Student Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive academic experience for students from admission to course completion. This role includes guiding students, managing communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely fee collection and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide students through the admission and onboarding process.
Maintain regular communication with students to track their academic progress and satisfaction.
Coordinate with academic, placement, and administrative teams to support student needs.
Handle student queries and provide prompt resolutions.
Ensure timely collection of course fees and follow up on pending payments.
Maintain accurate records of fee payments and student details.
Organize student engagement activities, workshops, and mentoring sessions.
Monitor attendance, performance, and feedback reports.
Provide periodic reports and updates to management on student success and fee status.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Empathy and a student-centric approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
