Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Assist with
admissions, onboarding, and orientation
processes.
Monitor student progress and follow up regularly to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams to resolve issues related to classes, schedules, or learning materials.
Manage
fee collection and follow-ups
with enrolled students.
Track attendance, course completion, and performance reports.
Conduct periodic feedback sessions to identify improvement areas.
Support students in placement-related activities and career counseling (if applicable).
Maintain accurate records of student communication and support cases.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education or Business preferred).
1-3 years of experience in student engagement, academic counseling, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools is an advantage.
